I’m not sure what context it was used in. My guess here is that it is about the venting for a microwave? Particularly for a convection oven microwave, some people may want this to vent outside instead of the interior of the RV.

It offers the flexibility and freedom to enjoy life’s greatest pleasures that only Mother Nature can provide. I was able to take my family, including my beloved pets, on adventures and create many wonderful memories along the way.

Sometimes, there may not be room in the space to allow for the tow vehicle to be in the same area as the RV. Or for the space to accommodate a separate car, like if there is towing behind a motorhome.

When in doubt, check with the campground to find out what they mean.

I’m a newbie for rv camping just got my travel trailer bout 2 weeks ago and am excited to go out and camp. But looking at some sites I’m seeing lingo I’m not used to and wondering what it mean. Like one site lists “no tow” in the amenities section? Like what does that mean. Because in the allowed equipment section right underneath it says travel trailers and 5th wheel trailers are allowed? So just wondering what it mean or if anyone might know.

I’ve seen quite a few that say N/S which would be nightstand. If you have a link to a plan with S/N, can you post that? I’ll take a look and help you decipher it – although it is likely N/S but you are reading it upside-down or sideways.

Jan,

Thanks for the suggestion. The hard part is that is differs for every RV manufacturer (assuming you mean the model letters). I’ll add a section on some of the more common floor plan model abbreviations though.
